Safety bunting / flashing lights / permanent barriers are in place

Are persons working at height trained?

If isolation is completed, this is done by the LOTO procedure using hasps, locks and signage

If using scissor lift / MEWP, are persons trained?

Isolation of the crane or control pendant is taken up at height with engineer to prevent usage whilst under inspection / repair

There is 1 person on the ground to coordinate works and to prevent any unauthorised access

If cranes are isolated, has all supervision in the area been notified?
