Permit to Work
Portal
Before starting any non-routine or hazardous work on site, a Permit to Work must be raised, authorised and accepted. Select the permit type below to begin.
Working on site? A permit must be in place and authorised before work commences. Contact the site HS&E officer if you are unsure which permit applies.
Select Permit Type
Choose the permit that matches the work you are about to carry out. If multiple activities apply, raise each permit separately. For contractor work, always raise an MM16 first.
